Positive: Price wise, you won’t do better, clean and hosts were very welcoming. Close to the pub, ( if you are fit enough for the track) Good location for touring the area.
Negative: Not much room if you have a bit of luggage in the small room , but the price reflects that. Only place to eat and recommended by the hosts is nice but expensive. Problem is that’s your only choice. Without any facilities to self cater it’s a fair drive elsewhere.

Positive: Great view. Owner helpful but wife in hospital. Great vegetable garden. Thanks for tomatoes.
Negative: No breakfast supplies, and no reply to whether we needed to bring our own. Light switch hissing and popping. No fire escape from sleeping area if fire started in front area of unit. Steps into unit awkward and garden littered with cabbage tree leaves. Slip hazard.

Positive: Excellent location, there's a walkway at the rear of the property to get to the beach in just a couple of minutes. Jenny was warm and welcoming on our arrival and there's a bench overlooking the ocean in the backyard to see the stars at night
